Project Summary

Al Hamra Palace, originally a royal residence for King Faisal bin Abdulaziz on Jeddah’s Corniche, is being transformed into an ultra-luxury boutique hotel offering 34 palatial villas, 47 sumptuous suites, five exclusive celebration spaces, and six expansive wellness suites.

Conserve was appointed as LEED Commissioning Authority, overseeing the development of Owners’ Project Requirements (OPR) and Basis of Design (BOD) documentation, pre-functional and functional testing of all major MEP systems, and post-commissioning reporting to confirm operational readiness, ensuring this landmark property achieves LEED Gold while meeting the performance standards expected of a world-class luxury destination.
